Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded between the seller below and the buyer for the order placed on this website, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Turkish version prevails.
Article 1: Seller

The buyer’s name, contact and delivery details are those entered at checkout.
Article 3: Subject
The sale and delivery of the products listed in the order summary, with the characteristics and prices shown.
Article 4: Price, payment and delivery
Prices include VAT. Payment is made by card via PayTR; the seller never sees card details.
Items ship within 3 business days and are delivered within 30 days at the latest.
Article 5: Withdrawal, warranty and disputes
The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out in the Preliminary Information Form.
Products are covered by statutory warranty; for defective goods the buyer may exercise the rights in art. 11 of Law No. 6502.
Disputes fall under the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
