If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it on the terms below.
Return window
You can return items within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened masks, mouthpieces, medication cups and similar personal-use parts cannot be returned.
Opened device packaging alone does not prevent a return, but a deduction may apply if the device has been used.
How to return
Email destek@meshnebulizator.com with your order number.
Send the item back with its invoice and all accessories within 10 days.
We refund your card within 14 days of receiving your notice.
