Data we process

Identity: full name and, optionally, Turkish ID number (for invoicing).

Contact: email, mobile phone, delivery and billing address.

Transactions: order contents, order and payment status, invoice and shipping details.

Security: IP address and transaction logs.

We never receive or store your card details; they are processed directly by the payment institution PayTR.

Purposes and legal grounds

Taking your order, collecting payment, delivery and returns: performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).

Invoicing and statutory record keeping: legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

Fraud prevention and information security: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).

Transfers

Limited to these purposes, data may be shared with the payment institution (PayTR), our e-invoicing provider (BirFatura) and the Revenue Administration, couriers, and authorised public bodies.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, so data may be processed on servers abroad, in line with KVKK art. 9.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, and claim compensation for damages.
