Preliminary Information Form
This form informs the buyer before the contract is concluded, as required by the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation. Order-specific products, quantities, prices and delivery details appear in the order summary on the checkout page and form part of this document. The Turkish version prevails.

All prices include VAT. Any shipping charge is shown separately at checkout.
Instalment charges applied by your bank are shown on the payment screen.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is made by card through PayTR’s secure payment system.
In-stock items ship within 3 business days of payment approval. Delivery never exceeds 30 days.
4. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Under art. 15 of the Regulation, items whose packaging or seal has been opened and which cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (e.g. masks, mouthpieces and medication cups) are excluded.
Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us; please return the item within 10 days.
5. Complaints
You may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
